1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Chibi Style, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under your account, unless caused by our own security failure.

3. Service

Chibi Style provides AI-assisted image generation, editing, and management tools. We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload, generate, distribute, or request unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or privacy-violating content. You also agree not to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, resell, or bypass security or usage controls without written permission.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of prompts, uploads, and other materials you submit. You grant us and our service providers the rights needed to process that content and provide the service.

You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis needed to submit and process your content.

6. Generated Outputs

Subject to applicable law and third-party provider terms, you may use generated outputs for internal or commercial purposes. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to outputs generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them.

7. Billing, Credits, and Subscriptions

Some features require paid credits or subscription plans. Pricing, credit amounts, expiration rules, and billing periods are shown at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or described in our Refund Policy.

8. Third-Party Providers

The service may rely on third-party infrastructure, identity, payment, storage, email, analytics, and AI model providers. We are not responsible for outages or failures caused solely by third-party providers.

9. Intellectual Property

Chibi Style, including its software, interface, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the service except as permitted by law or by us in writing.

10. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or limit the service for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or operational reasons.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create legal or operational risk, or if required by law.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the claim arose.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
